Terms of use
Draft for legal review. Last updated 11 October 2026.
These terms apply to Lintel, provided by Antonis Petros Stassinopoulos ("we"). By using Lintel you agree to them. If you use Lintel through your employer's hotel account, your hotel's agreement with us also applies.
Who can use Lintel
Lintel is for people invited by a hotel that has a Lintel account, using a work email address at that hotel's domain. Hotel admins are responsible for who they invite and for keeping member details current.
What Lintel does and does not do
Lintel collects anonymous shift check-ins and shows managers department figures built from groups of at least five people. Recommendations are produced by fixed rules and are options for managers to consider, not professional, medical or legal advice. Lintel is not an emergency or reporting channel; urgent issues should be raised with your manager or the appropriate service directly.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to identify who gave an answer, or to work around the anonymity protections.
- Do not share your sign-in codes or access another person's account.
- Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Hotel admins and managers must not use Lintel to monitor or evaluate individual employees.
Your account
You can delete your account at any time in Account and settings. Hotel admins can deactivate members of their hotel.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Lintel available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change these terms; if a change is material we will ask for your agreement again in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lintel is provided as is, and our liability is limited as set out in your hotel's agreement with us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer or employment law.
